We have candidates on our books with specialist expertise in handling physical disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health issues, specific elderly needs and Alzheimer’s or Dementia patients.
Before being interviewed by one of our highly qualified and experienced consultants, each applicant is required to:
Complete a comprehensive application form
Provide ID and evidence of eligibility to work in the UK
Provide evidence of qualifications and immunisations
After the interview, we will then progress with enhanced CRB check with POVA.
It is our policy to obtain two work related references and one character reference for each successful applicant and only when these are returned as satisfactory do we progress our applicants into the Premier Carewaiting Training Programme.
Each successful applicant is required to go through the Premier Carewaiting Training Programme before we register them on our books. The training covers:

Manual Handling Techniques
Pressure Area Care
Health & Safety at Work
We also have arrangement with various training organisations to take candidates through levels of NVQ courses.
